C.R.I. Consulting & Training Services has been effectuating change in Houston communities since 2021, starting with the development and implementation of the Trusted Health Ambassador Program (THAP). A concept like THAP had not been utilized before, and this program’s success garnered both regional and national attention.

It was with the success of THAP, that thought leader, change agent, and subject-matter expert, Chelscie R. Irby (CRI), desired to expand accessibility of health equity. To do so, services and trainings needed to not only be offered to large health departments, but to also, community-based organizations, and community members.

Signature Process

With C.R.I. Consulting & Training Services, clients will have access to technical assistance, as if in, a collaboration or partnership with a large health department. Clients will be taught how to manage programs, initiate projects, ensure compliance with milestones delineated by grant funding, model best practices in community-based organizational space, and have access to training for staff to work to ensure deliverables promised with their organization’s intended delivery of service.
